Set up a mail service template using Stalwart.

Mail server is largely something people want to avoid hosting often for good reasons, but done with a subset of guarantees of neticenters (security, availability, etc..) and the full end-to-end solution Stalwart provides, I think this could solve a core problem of secure and dependable email and collaboration software.
